RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Returns products are accepted, if returned within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Refunds, less the shipping and restocking fee (if applicable, see below) will be issued to the credit card used to place the order within 5 business days of receipt. Shipping charges are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or refused packages unless we made an error.
Returns must be in sellable condition or a refund will not be processed.
International customers should contact Customer Service to discuss the specific details of the issue prior to shipping returns.

You may use any delivery service (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc), but be sure to ship via a trackable method to ensure Practice Command LLC receives your return.
Refused Shipments
If a shipment is refused, the carrier will return the package(s) to Practice Command LLC. The customer is responsible for the cost of both the outbound shipping and the return shipping, and that amount will be deducted from any credit the customer is due. The restocking fee may also apply.
